Frequently Asked Questions

Will my print come ready to hang on the wall?

Framed prints, Stretched canvas and framed canvas and metal prints come ready to hand on your wall.

Photo Prints, Limited Edition Fine Art Paper prints and rolled canvas prints are not ready to hang and will require framing.

My print was damaged during shipping, what do I do?

All prints are securely packaged in protective material to ensure they arrive safely at their destination, however sometimes damage in transit can occur.

If your order is received damaged, please take photos of the damage to the packaging BEFORE opening and photos of the damage to the print and email Three Red Ponies with a clear description of what has happened within 48 hours of delivery.

Once the damage has been assessed by Three Red Ponies, we will arrange for a replacement print to be shipped to you straight away.

Do you offer Trade or Wholesale pricing?

Yes we do. If you are an interior designer or buyer for medical, corporate, hospitality or residential fit outs, please fill in our Trade Application form with your details and project requirements.

I have a blog/podcast/magazine can I interview you or do a feature? 

Yes, absolutely! Please email and let us know what you have in mind.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes, ready to hang prints can be printed in custom sizes, please let us know what image, size and print style you would like.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Unframed paper and rolled canvas prints can be ordered through the website.

Ready to hang framed, stretched canvas and metal prints 12×18″ and larger can be ordered via email and printed by our print lab partners in the USA, UK and NZ.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Three Red Ponies is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order.  All fees, tariffs or taxes imposed during or after shipping are the customers responsibility.

Is all the photography the work of one photographer?

Yes, all photographs are the original work of AIPP Accredited professional photographer Michelle Wrighton.
